This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global leader in the aviation industry, working on cutting-edge projects and making a real impact on the future of air travel.TasksReporting to the Repair Station Manager, The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and operating a total quality system for MES Dublin and ensuring it complies with regulatory requirements and meets the needs of the business.Obtaining and maintaining all necessary authority approvals and capablity authorizationsEnsure that internal audits are carried outEstablishing and maintaining personnel training programIndependently develop, document and implement all work proceduresGuide operations to transfer contractual obligations into a stable productionAssuring conformity to airworthiness, environmental, health and safety directivesCoordinate quality program with LHT as well as MES network quality managementMonitor, audit and optimize repair stations quality procedures and processManage quality escapes/turn backsPerform all necessary communications with authoritiesDetermine and organise all necessary trainingsDetermine and organise human factors trainingDevelop and maintain all repair station processesRequirementsMinimum five (5+) years' experience in an Aerospace Maintenance Organisation.Strong leadership ability with experience of leading teams and projects.Thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail are key.Ability to lead and manage change.Problem solving ability in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to work under sustained pressure in a most competitive environment.Ambitious, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic self-starter.Diplomacy and negotiating ability.Ability to identify business issues and barriers.Willingness to travel as per business requirement.Previous experience in Quality Management and auditing.Disciplined approach to work and must be proactive in implementing positive change.Self-driven and be capable of working with peer group to reach agreed management positions.ContactBarbara Vukovic
