Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager I - Orthopaedics Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to lead our Orthopaedic Ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing patient care, coordinating activities, and ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care to ensure safe and effective delivery of services
- Coordinate activities and resources within the clinical area
- Lead in the implementation and provision of quality care
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Division of the Nurses Register of Ireland (NMBI)
- Completed management course or commitment to undertake same
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a medical/surgical environment
