An opportunity has arisen for the role of Billing & Revenue Assurance Team Member, reporting to the Billing & Revenue Assurance Manager in Shared Services, Limerick. Supporting Dublin and Cork airports business, the core focus of this role will be around ensuring all invoices are issued in a timely manner. You will be liaising with a large number of Irish and international customers and concessionaires, proactively calling clients in a multi-million euro business.
This position is initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* Secure and record Concessionaire turnover activity in the relevant systems
* Ensure compliance with all concessionaire contractual terms
* Ensuring the timely and efficient billing of Airline Operators, Oracle Property tenants, Commercial and Retail Concessionaires for Dublin and Cork airports.
* Complete all weekly and monthly billing cycles together with checking, validating and issuing weekly and monthly management reports
* Meet weekly and monthly deadlines for accruals and reporting
* Input and preparation of reports and commentary around concessionaire activity
* Achieve team and individual targets and KPI's
* Manage the customer account relationship proactively resolving queries keeping management fully aware of issues
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff across the organisation regarding billing of this critical revenue stream
* Champion excellent customer service within the team and wider unit
* Demonstrate commitment to the company and daa Shared Services vision, purpose and goals and live the daa values daily
Qualifications
Requirements
* Business related degree and/or professional finance qualification
* 2-3 years' experience working in a Billing Analyst or similar role is essential
* Clear understanding of best practice in End-to-End O2C process
* Proven ability to successfully secure information from customers/clients for billing purposes
* Prior experience working in a similar SSC/multinational environment may be advantageous but is not essential
* Experience using Oracle, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Query and MS Office particularly MS Excel to an advanced level
* Ability to work and positively influence as part of a cross functional team.
