BIM Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop and progress professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure delivery of information requirements of the EIR and enforce the BIM Execution Plan.
* Receive and maintain information pertaining to the Project Information Model.
* Review information exchanges within the common data environment.
* Collaborate with multi-discipline BIM Coordinators to achieve project goals.
* Execute spatial coordination processes and track the coordination process.
* Verify site installations using reality capture tools and software.
* Manage the collation and input of asset information to the Asset Information Model for handover.
* Support the Design Manager on design/project delivery.
* Assist in coordinating the design team and specialist subcontractors.
* Attend and host BIM coordination meetings and workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in BIM, Engineering, or Architecture with additional BIM training.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM role.
* Solid understanding of BIM tools and digital design coordination.
* Solid understanding of document management systems and CDEs.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivate to deliver on safety, quality, and programme.
