Role: GroundskeeperHours: Full Time 40 hours, 5 days a week as per roster with some availability on weekends preferableLocation: Wicklow/Dublin borderAbout the role:We are working on behalf of a client who are seeking a groundskeeper who will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds with support from a wider team.This role will ensure that the premises are maintained to the highest standards and maintain a safe and productive working environment ensuring the smooth and safe operation of facilities and grounds. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, pay will be in the region of €16 per hour depending on experience. Candidates should have some experience in this area and their own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport and a full clean drivers licence.Who are we?Our client is a residential provider, enabling vulnerable people within the community to have safe housing in a secure, managed environment.Key Responsibilities: Mow and edge lawns, clear pathways and maintain open grass areas Trimming back overgrown areas, assist with seasonal planting Remove debris, litter, and hazards from public and back of house spaces Monitor and maintain outdoor furniture, signage, and fixtures Inspect and clear drains, culverts, and watercourses around the estate Support pest control efforts and basic vegetation management Operate machinery, mowers, trimmers, high pressure washer, and blowersCarry out basic maintenance of tools and equipment Keep the estate warehouse, sheds, and storage areas clean and organised
