My client is a global manufacturing organisation who is looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team in Wexford.This is a key role on their established finance team offering a great progression path to FC level over time. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Managing Director partnering across commercial, operations, production, supply chain and technical teams providing financial insight, cost analysis and finance & budgeting support across the business.The role will develop strong relationships with internal and group stakeholders, alongside external partners, such as auditors, clients, banks.The successful candidate will play a central role in driving financial performance, governance, reporting accuracy and strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities:Monthly management accounts & financial reportingBudgeting, forecasting & variance analysisProduct costing, sales reporting & margin analysisCredit management & cashflow oversightIFRS compliance, VAT & statutory reportingCommercial support to operational teamsFinancial presentations to local & group leadershipQualifications & Requirements:Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven track record in financial accounting, reporting, management accounting, budgeting and forecastingExperience within manufacturing or operational environments preferredERP systems experience (Dynamics NAV, Oracle or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA hands-on approach with strong analytical capabilityThis is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with the wider business, influencing decision-making and working in a dynamic international environment.
