Salary: €35k – €40k Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure the highest standards of quality in all fresh food offerings, overseeing preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations Implement strategies to minimise food waste, managing inventory efficiently to optimise freshness and minimise losses Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee inventory control procedures, and handle timely and efficient food ordering to meet demand Enforce and uphold HACCP standards throughout food preparation, storage, and service, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment Work towards achieving cost-effective operations without compromising on food quality, optimising profitability Requirements: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Strong managerial and team-building skills Flexibility to work various shifts
