Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
This is a hands-on role where creativity meets sustainability, helping us grow our customer base while promoting our environmental commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Manage social media accounts and build a library of engaging content.
Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional packages.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Oversee the production of marketing materials (digital and print).
Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Support the Sales & Marketing Team with content creation (social posts, flyers, mailing lists).
Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing plan.
Plan campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
Create graphics and visuals using tools such as Canva.
About The Role
Requirements
Strong digital marketing and social media skills (E-commerce experience is an advantage)
Qualification (or currently studying) in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
