As a Quality Measurement Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Global Operations and across the company to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. This work will directly impact the experience of the companies global network of users and business partners, ensuring our platforms are safe and trustworthy and that our processes are accurate, effective and efficient.
Responsibilities
• Perform review of content and ads on platforms against ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies.
• Gather and deliver market specific insights on platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Integrity outcomes.
• Communicate market specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes and tools.
• This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and text, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
• Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans.
• Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at global level.
• Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.
Quality Assurance content moderation according to advertiser policies and community standards within specific markets. Deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or master's or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English and one of the Specified Market Languages is essential as this role will involve working on issues in the local language
(Spanish, French, Hebrew, Turkish, Portuguese, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi)
Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
Analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Proven communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional partners.
