Site Leader
You will oversee a multi-phase programme involving large-scale concrete structure, steel installation, cladding systems, and building finishes. A key aspect of this role is to ensure a smooth transition from construction to completion.

* Directing multiple building teams on a complex project with tight deadlines
* Ensuring that all structural elements are completed in sync with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements
* Leading safety, quality, and project management initiatives
* Negotiating directly with clients and design teams
