The Clinical Nurse Manager II – General Wards will be accountable for the management of the ward.
The CNM II will ensure that services are provided in a patient-centred manner and will have a pivotal role in the service planning, coordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area.
The main responsibilities are: professional/clinical leadership, quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and ensuring safe, efficient and effective service.
