This role ensures compliance withcybersecurity, data integrity, lifecycle management, and applicablequality standards.Educational Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldEquivalent industry experience in lieu of degree will be consideredExperience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries preferredKey Skills & PreferencesKnowledge of GxP, data integrity, and computer system validation (CSV)Strong interpersonal skills, effective decision-making abilities, and ability to handle repetitive tasks under time pressureExperience with Active Directory, identity and access management, and SOP developmentKey ResponsibilitiesGain in-depth knowledge of IT functionality for analytical equipment to support installation, upgrade, validation, and maintenanceDraft and update IT-related SOPs and proceduresExecute computer system validation deliverables for both new and existing projectsTrain and support users on proper use of computerized analytical equipmentAdminister user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and other identity management systemsMaintain proper access controls using role-based security modelsManage AD environments, including user/group management, OUs, and Group PoliciesServe as a liaison between corporate IT teams and local business unitsKeep systems and applications up-to-date with current supported versionsActively participate in team meetings and audit activities
