We're looking for someone reliable, skilled across trades, and happy to roll up their sleeves — no matter the task.
About the Role:
This is a varied, physical role. One day you may be painting walls or resealing showers; the next, you could be clearing out sheds or fixing a blind. No two days are the same.
Typical Weekly Tasks Include:
* Repairs: Fixing hinges, tightening handles, repairing blinds, toilet seats, etc.
* Painting/Decorating: Walls, ceilings, woodwork, mould treatment, varnishing gates.
* Light Plumbing/Electrics: Resealing showers/kitchen units, changing bulbs, securing fittings.
* Heavy Work: Gutter clearing, moving bulky items, carpet steam cleaning.
* Admin: Logging tasks and progress in Word/Excel.
Working Hours:
* Winter (Now–March): ~3–4 days/week
* Spring–Summer (March–Sept): ~4–5 days/week
* Performance and independence = more hours.
What You Need:
* Full B Driving Licence (Essential)
* Tech Comfort: Able to use Excel/Word
* Experience: 2+ years in property maintenance, repair or renovation
* Hands-on Skills: Painting, basic plumbing, general repairs
* Work Ethic: You fix things. You don't just write them down.
