Location: Ireland (hybrid)
Package: £60,000–£70,000 basic + £90,000–£100,000 OTE
We're working with a fast-growing healthcare equipment manufacturer that designs and supplies specialist capital equipment used in hospital, laboratory, and life sciences environments.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Sales Manager to own and develop the Ireland and UK territory, with a particular focus on life sciences, diagnostics, and laboratory settings.
The role
Full ownership of a high-value Ireland & UK territory
Selling capital equipment into life sciences, labs, diagnostics, and healthcare environments
Managing complex, relationship-led sales cycles
Engaging with senior clinical, scientific, operational, and procurement stakeholders
Building long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales
About you
Proven experience selling capital equipment into life sciences or healthcare
Background in products such as laboratory furniture, cabinets, trolleys, robotics, medical devices, or specialist equipment
Comfortable working autonomously across a broad geography
Commercial, consultative, and relationship-driven
