We deliver high-quality building envelope solutions across Ireland, the UK and Europe for some of the world\'s most advanced data centre, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial and industrial projects.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Assistant QA to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a career in Quality Assurance within a fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of project quality plans and proceduresCarry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure works are completed in accordance with specifications and approved drawingsAssist with the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, inspection records and reportsSupport the management of non-conformances and corrective actionsWork closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients to maintain quality standards across all phases of the projectAssist with internal and external audits and project handoversPromote a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement on siteRequirementsDegree, diploma or trade qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline1+ years\' experience in a construction, QA/QC, engineering or site supervision role is desirableAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and organisational skillsProactive approach with a willingness to learn and developExperience within roofing, cladding or façade systems would be advantageous but is not essentialWillingness to work within a project-based environment and travel as requiredFluent English is essentialBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffPaid Travel and AccommodationTraining & Development OpportunitiesCareer Progression within a Growing International BusinessExposure to Major Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and Mission-Critical Projects
