This software will automate the production of personalized printed communications often referred to as Variable Data Printing.Role OverviewThis role combines creative graphic design with client account management, supporting both small-format and large-format print, as well as digital artwork. The position requires a mix of creative ability, technical prepress knowledge, and strong communication skills to manage projects from concept to delivery.Key Responsibilities -Graphic DesignCreate, adapt, and prepare designs for print and digital use, including items such as business cards, brochures, posters, banners, and signage.Edit, rebuild, or reformat supplied artwork to meet production standards and brand guidelines.Apply creative problem-solving to match fonts, colours, and layouts when original artwork is incomplete or unavailable.Ensure accuracy in scaling, bleed, resolution, and layout for both small and large-format output.Artwork & PrepressPrepare print-ready artwork for various finishing and production processes (e.g., cutting, spot UV, foiling, or raised finishes).Manage the transition from design to production, ensuring files meet technical print requirements.Produce artwork for branded merchandise and promotional items.Conduct quality checks prior to production to ensure all files are print-ready.Account ManagementAct as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing projects from quotation through delivery.Liaise with clients regarding proofs, specifications, and timelines, ensuring expectations are met.Coordinate with internal production teams and external suppliers for specialist finishes or outsourced jobs.Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail in all client interactions.Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliveries to ensure on-time completion.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in graphic design and artwork production for both small and large-format print.Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and prepress setup.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Client-focused approach with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.Technical RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).Familiarity with PitStop Pro or similar preflight tools an advantage.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for administration and quoting.Experience using internal job management or MIS systems preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
