Accounts Administrator - 5 days in the office- Co.
Limerick- €39k - Perm
Main Duties
Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strong communication with suppliers regarding queries or issues.
Accounts Receivable & Customer Support
Assist with issuing customer invoices and credit notes.
Support credit control activities, including debtor follow-up.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely allocation of receipts.
Banking & Cash Management
Prepare and post bank payments and receipts.
Assist with weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Experience
Min 4 years in a similiar role.
PC competent on various accounting packages.
Ideally coming from FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
Part qualified or accounting technician
