Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
