Your Mission: Defining Excellence in Data Centre Development Reporting directly to the Group Projects Director, you will be the driving force behind our quality initiatives across all facets of data centre development. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll: Design and implement world-class quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the entire data centre lifecycle. Rigorously test designs, products, and services to ensure uncompromising quality. Maintain meticulous documentation of procedural changes, ensuring consistency and clarity. Prepare insightful performance reports for key internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring their output meets our stringent quality benchmarks. Guarantee all processes comply with the highest safety, legal, and international standards. Lead the implementation of new standards, constantly seeking ways to elevate our overall quality process. Oversee the quality performance of large, complex projects from engineering, procurement, and construction through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Make critical strategic decisions on quality performance and effectively lead and mentor individuals and teams. Are You the One? We're looking for a seasoned professional with: 15+ years of progressive experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or Manager. A post-secondary degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. (Post-graduate qualifications are a plus) Exceptional computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Suite. Proven ability to lead high-level quality and management meetings and inspire teams to deliver exceptional work. Eligibility to work in Europe.
