Our dynamic Shop in SCOTCH HALL SHOPPING CENTRE, specialising in vape products and phone repairs, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Assistant.
If you have a proven track record in retail or vape sales and are looking to expand your skills into the tech world, this is the perfect role for you. Our expert technician, with over 12 years of experience, is ready to teach you the essentials of phone repairs.
The Role:
* Provide expert, knowledgeable customer service and sales.
* Utilize your existing experience to advise customers on vape products, e-liquids, and accessories.
* Learn and assist with basic phone repair processes and sales of tech accessories.
* Operate the till and handle transactions accurately.
* Maintain stock levels and a clean, inviting store environment.
We Require:
* Necessary: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a vape shop or a similar fast-paced retail environment.
* A strong will to learn new technical skills (phone repair training provided).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
* Minimum Age Required for this Role is 18 YEARS OLD.
