Job Role: Corporate Law Secretary
Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Corporate Law Secretary to join their team.
As a Corporate Law Secretary, you will work closely with senior partners and be part of a collaborative team of circa 10 legal secretaries across the business.
This role is ideal for an established corporate law secretary who wants to further their career within a dynamic international firm that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior partners and the wider legal team.
* Manage billing and collections processes, including preparing invoice narratives.
* Open, close, and archive legal files, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
* Conduct conflict searches and manage all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
* Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements.
* Draft, edit, and finalise legal documents and correspondence.
* Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles.
* Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records.
* Provide cover for other secretaries during absences and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recognised legal secretarial qualification and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate law firm.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
