About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Clinical/Educational/Counselling Psychologists to join our dynamic mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough clinical assessments in line with best practice guidelines.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records.
* Deliver timely assessment reports.
* Provide psychological therapies across various issues in primary care settings.
* Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals.
* Adhere to professional competence and clinical governance principles.
* Stay updated with the latest research and CPD related to clinical work.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Use supervision to support clinical development, promote excellent standards of care, and ensure safe clinical practice.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology.
* Chartered Member of a Professional Psychological Society.
* Demonstrated competence in providing psychological services in a Primary Care setting.
* Excellent administration and organizational skills.
* Able to work collaboratively in a team and share ideas.
* Fluent English language skills.
