Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow a multifunctional IT department, aligning services with business objectives.
* Oversee and mentor a team of talented engineers, analysts, and team leads.
* Own the integration and performance of core systems – ERP, WMS, Website.
* Be the go-to expert for senior management, translating technical information into actionable business solutions.
* Set and execute a modern IT strategy with a focus on innovation, security, scalability, and governance.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in IT (7+ in leadership), ideally in insurance or financial services.
* A sharp mind for strategic thinking and flawless operational execution.
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams and enterprise-scale IT operations.
* A deep understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and INFOSEC best practices.
* Masterful project management skills – ITIL, PMP, PRINCE II or similar.
