Gentle Hands Homecare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our reach and connect more families with quality in-home care.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and Pursue new client acquisition through outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships and ETenders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and senior care professionals.
Represent Gentle Hands Homecare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Identify growth opportunities in the market and report insights to leadership.
Meet agreed KPI's and Quarterly Targets What Were Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and referral networks.

Salary Range - €40,000 €45,000
