This is detail-driven, high-finish installation.What's on OfferFull-time, permanent positionUp to €10,000 per year in overtimeAccommodation provided (where required)The best tools and equipmentsupplied for the right candidateLong-term job securityConsistent pipeline of premium projectsStrong earning potentialOpportunity to work on high-end, detailed installationsRole & ResponsibilitiesAs a Fitter, your day-to-day duties will include:Installing bespoke joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, and custom-built furnitureReading and interpreting detailed technical drawings and site plansEnsuring millimetre-perfect fitting and finishingOn-site assembly of pre-fabricated componentsScribing, trimming, adjusting, and modifying units on-siteWorking with materials such as MDF, plywood, solid timber, veneers, laminates, and compositesInstalling ironmongery, hinges, runners, soft-close systems, and specialist fittingsEnsuring all work meets the highest finish standardsLiaising with site managers, project managers, and other tradesIdentifying and resolving on-site issues efficientlyMaintaining a clean, professional working areaFollowing all health & safety proceduresRepresenting the company professionally on client sitesRequirementsTo be considered, you must have:Proven experience as a Fitter / Installer / Joinery FitterStrong experience with high-end or bespoke installationsFull, clean Irish driving licenceValid Safe PassManual Handling certificateAbility to work independently and to deadlinesStrong problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detailEU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
