Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our hospitality recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hospitality roles such as Kitchen Assistants, Waiting Staff, and Bar Staff.
* B build and maintain relationships with clients across Munster, providing high-quality staffing solutions.
* Aactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Evaluate candidate suitability for hospitality roles and provide advice on recruitment trends and career opportunities.
* M meet and exceed agreed recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
* Maintain accurate records on the recruitment database/CRM.
* Rrepresent the company at industry functions and events.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality management is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland is required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs is required.
* Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary.
* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job board platforms is required.
