Job Description
The role of Training Specialist is a key position within the operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team is adequately trained to adhere to regulations, guidance, industry best practices and internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* GDP Compliance: Identify and implement plans to develop experts in GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and Aseptic Operations.
* Training Needs Assessment: Assess training needs for employees, working with internal and external providers to meet current business needs.
* Custmized Training Materials: Prepare customized training materials based on employee roles and levels.
* Audit Readiness
Support Activities

personnel initiatives including Commissioning/Qualification activities.
* Regularly report progress To The Lead And Address Potential Issues Like Resource Gaps Or Concerns Regarding Employees' Skills. * Ensure All Technical Documentation Is Up-To-Date With Respect To Employee Roles.
