Commercial Associate – Dublin (Commercial, Data Protection & Digital Regulation) An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Associate to join a growing international team in Dublin. This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border work across a range of sectors, advising clients on commercial contracts, data protection, and digital regulation matters.

Responsibilities
* Provide advice on commercial contracts, data protection, and digital regulation matters in cross-border engagements.
* Support a multi-partner team in delivering client-focused legal services in a collaborative environment.
* Contribute to strategic and transformative work for clients across various sectors.
Qualifications
* Experience in commercial contracts, privacy, or regulatory/advisory work — ideally 2–3 years PQE.
* A practical, commercial approach and enthusiasm for client collaboration, with genuine appetite and ambition to progress your career.
* Genuine interest in tech/AI and digital regulation.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin (3 days in-office per week).
