We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and fully autonomous person to manage the logistics coordination of our antique art business.
Fluent French and English are essential.
Main responsibilities:
* Track all purchases made by the Director
* Communicate with our partners in France (photographer/delivery and artisan/restorer)
* Confirm deliveries and organise which items go to restoration
* Request, collect and organise all photos of received items
* Perform basic photo editing (Paint.NET, Photoshop or similar)
* Name and classify photos correctly in a shared cloud system
* Maintain clear logs of received items, missing items, restored items and completed listings
* Work closely with the Director to prepare listings (photos + descriptions)
Requirements:
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently from home
* Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable with simple photo editing and cloud-based storage
* Reliable, structured and proactive
