Site Manager (Food Production)
Pantheon Talent has partnered with a leading Food Producer who are looking to add an experienced Site Manager, within their evolving and growing organisation based in North Munster/Mid West Ireland.
This role offers an exceptional career opportunity, and we are looking to engage with experienced Senior Production/Site Managers coming from a Food Production background, ideally within Dairy Production.
The role will report to the General Manager and will have overall responsibility for all aspects of operations across a busy food production facility, including:
Operations, Production and Logistics
Engineering and Maintenance
Quality, Food Safety & Compliance
Health, Safety & Environment
People Management & Leadership of team onsite
Financial & Budgetary management
Continuous Improvement Initiatives and projects
The ideal candidate will have
Senior Leadership experience within Food Production, ideally within Dairy Production
3rd Level Qualification in Food Science, Engineering or similar
A proven track record of successfully managing achievement of production and financial targets within a fully compliant manufacturing environment.
A proven ability to ensure that all aspects of the site operations meet all legislative and Health & Safety requirements.
A proven ability to manage people to achieve success and to develop a positive working environment through strong communication.
