This role is perfect for a graduate or junior nurse who wants hands-on experience across all areas of nursing - without the pressure of out-of-hours or on-call work.A Role That Supports Learning and BalanceThis is a full-time, permanent position working a 40-hour week, with shifts spread across Monday to Saturday. Typical shifts are either 8am–4pm or 11am–7pm, giving a nice balance across the week.Weekend work is shared fairly, with up to two Saturdays per month (8am–3pm). There is no out-of-hours, no Sundays, and no bank holiday work, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work–life balance from the very beginning of your career.Learn, Develop, and Get Truly InvolvedAs a nurse at All Care, you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility while being fully supported by the team around you. Your day-to-day work will include surgical nursing, medical and clinical nursing, inpatient care, dentistry, radiography, laboratory sampling and testing, infection control, dispensary management, and client communication.You'll be encouraged to build confidence in patient care and take ownership of your role, while always having experienced colleagues on hand to guide and mentor you.
