The Role:
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will perform various duties including:
* Fault diagnosis and assessment
* Repairing electrical equipment
* Completing daily log checklists
* Carrying out tool changes
* Responding promptly to breakdowns and emergencies
* Assisting in continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with production personnel to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order
Hours of Work:
* Shift work: 7 days per week
Requirements:
To be successful as a Maintenance Electrician, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A qualified time-served electrician
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments
* The ability to read electrical drawings for fault diagnosis purposes
* Previous experience with preventative maintenance
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment
