The Company, a leading network of audit, tax, and consulting firms, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role will be part of the Consulting Department, working within the Outsourcing Team on a global network organization.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance clients across various areas, such as preparing financial statements and accounts, providing tax and general consulting services, and assisting with client portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent technical and analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior practice experience is preferred but not essential. Flexibility, teamwork, and initiative are highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of compliance clients covering preparation and review of sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements.
* Prepare monthly management accounts.
* Assist with tax and general consulting issues for clients.
* Assist with the general management of client portfolio and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
* Assist with commercial management of the unit.
Requirements:
1. Part qualified Accountant with 1 years' experience in a busy accounting environment.
2. Excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Flexibility and team player skills.
5. Ability to work on own initiative taking work to completion stage for partner/manger review.
6. Full, clean Irish/International driver's license desirable due to some travel requirements.
