Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining Financial Records: Updating, checking, and analysing financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for review by the senior management team.
* Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and reviewing financial reports, and other financial reports.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legislation and other financial regulations.
* Administrative Tasks: Managing payroll, processing invoices, and other administrative duties.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the preparation of management accounts. Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
* Reconciliations: Performing bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
* Using Accounting Software: Proficiently using accounting software like SAGE and other Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel.
* Compiling data for end of year accounts
* Generate financial reports as needed
* Provide general administrative support as needed and assisting with other office tasks
* Correspond with brokers in relation to company insurances.
* Qualified Accountant or similar finance qualification/knowledge.
* Minimum of 3 years' relevant accounting/finance experience.
* Extensive and strong experience of SAGE an advantage
* Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills.
* Proficiency with ROS (Revenue Online Service).
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* General company email and phone duties.
* Maintaining weekly records of signed time sheets.
* Knowledge or experience within the building industry preferred but not essential.
* Candidate must speak fluent English.

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

* Expected hours: 40 per week
