Life Insurance Senior Manager position at a global consultancy!
Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting for a Life Insurance Senior Manager role on behalf of a leading UK consultancy. The position is based in Dublin, and the successful candidate would be the second hire for the actuarial team in Dublin, complementing a wider team of 60+ actuaries. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin. Please note, the client cannot sponsor for this role.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining client relationships by developing sales proposals and supporting business generation.
2. Supporting clients in the execution and delivery of projects.
3. Communicating effectively with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Staying updated with the latest developments in insurance and reinsurance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Qualified actuary with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
2. Experience managing teams of 5 or more staff.
3. Knowledge of Solvency II/Capital, IFRS 17, financial modelling, and risk management.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within teams.
