Key Position Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
* Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Monitor and manage petty cash
* Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding financial queries
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
