We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to serve as a modern marketing architect.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI-enabled marketing strategies to drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Utilize predictive analytics to identify high-value audiences and optimize conversion rates.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into every initiative.
Team & Project Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth, engagement, and success.
Oversee a diverse functional stack: Content, Email, Social Media, SEO, CRM, Event Management, and Inbound Lead Gen.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and priority-driven spending.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales to link marketing programs directly to sales outcomes (SO) and revenue targets.
Internal Synergy: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure marketing reflects company-wide goals.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to refine messaging and target the right audiences.
Execution & Analytics
Maintain a data-driven mindset, measuring and adjusting strategies based on KPI performance.
Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns with a creative, results-oriented approach.
Your Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in marketing (B2B technology, mobile, or web technology preferred), including at least 2 years of direct people management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
AI & Tech Savvy: Proficient in applying AI for content and automation.
Expert knowledge of CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools.
Digital Toolkit: Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and thought leadership marketing.
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth through digital campaigns.
Communication: Fluent English speaker with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
