Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the procurement, development, and maintenance of our diverse healthcare estate portfolio.
About The Role:
* Your primary responsibility will be managing capital and minor works projects from initial brief through to commissioning. This includes ensuring all building services, plant, and equipment meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
* You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for building and refurbishment works. This includes preparation of briefs, design services, contract documentation supervision site implementation as well as managing budgets expenditure approval contractor payments develop planned maintenance routines ensure regulatory compliance operational efficiency support Property Team asset registration title records space utilization assessments act senior administrative officer regulatory permissions licenses certificates approvals coordinate fire prevention measures health & safety risk assessments monitor energy consumption implement investment proposals energy-saving projects
Fiduciary Skills Requirements Qualifications:
1. A level 8 (or higher) QQI major academic award in architecture engineering or surveying accredited by SCSI RICS Engineers Ireland or RIAI professional membership chartered status full only membership full charter engineers ireland riai register architects qualification deemed equivalent above minimum years satisfactory relevant experience planning design project management construction buildings proven installation/maintenance mechanical electrical heating ICT wiring containment high-level administrative capacity suitability managing complex public-sector healthcare-style infrastructure projects
