* Health & Safety Responsibility: Adhere to workplace safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment by reporting hazards or equipment faults in accordance with company policies.
Skills & Experience:
* Professional Background: Current Registered General Nurse (preferable).
* Medical Sales Experience: 2-5 years of medical sales experience in an acute care facility.
* Specialized Experience: Knowledge or experience in Critical Care, Nutrition, and/or Enteral Feeding would be a distinct advantage.
* Sales Track Record: Proven success in selling consumable products that provide value within the hospital critical care environment.
* Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Professionalism: A self-motivated, dynamic, accountable, and professional approach with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
* Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HSE & NHS buying procedures.
* Sales Growth: A track record of sustained sales growth and success in a competitive market.
* Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain high-quality, long-lasting relationships with customers.
