This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Interim Head of Facilities and Business Continuity Management. As a key corporate role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our facilities and business continuity management frameworks.
About the Role:
* Oversee the delivery of all aspects of facilities and front-of-house services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage and maintain a robust business continuity management framework to respond to BC/DR events.
* Lead and direct facilities and BCM teams to achieve business objectives while fostering career development.
* Coordinate Facilities and BCM initiatives, prioritizing deliverables to meet business needs while optimizing resource allocation.
About You:
* You have a relevant degree or qualification and 10 years' experience in facilities management and business continuity.
* You possess excellent people management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of stakeholder relationship management.
* You are proactive, innovative, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
