As one of the UK’s most active dealmakers, KBS Corporate consistently ranks at the top of industry performance league tables.Our ongoing success is powered by our exceptional team, and due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development / Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic business.The RoleThis role plays a pivotal part in our company’s success and involves conducting pre-arranged and qualified meetings with potential clients to discuss exit planning and a potential sale of their company. You will conduct appropriate fact-finding regarding the business operation, review business accounts and present a tailored sale strategy to propose our services. You will establish strong client relationships and secure instructions to manage the sale process. The role encompasses a mix of remote video presentations and in-person meetings with potential clients.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit businesses and company owners who are considering their sale/exit strategyEvaluate the value and attributes of the business and discuss client objectives in relation to the exitPresent the features and advantages of KBS and secure formal instructions from the clientEnsure an impeccable client experience with empathy and diligenceWhat we’re looking forCurrently working in a client-facing, direct sales role, ideally within the M&A field, but not essential.The ability to build strong relationships with clientsStrong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively at all levelsA strong closer with a proven track record of exceeding targetsThe ability to manage your own time and scheduleProficient literacy/numerical skillsA compelling presentational style. Experience in remote meeting presentations would be a strong advantage.A self-motivated, dynamic individual with passion, energy and commitmentA Persistent “can do, will do” attitude to thrive in our fast-paced roleRequires regular travel to appointments, typically within a 40–50 mile radius of Dublin.OTE 115K - 230K EUROS p.a.
