Job Title: Technical Support
We are seeking an experienced Tech Support & Training Manager to lead worldwide technical support and training activities from a state-of-the-art facility.
About the Role:
* This position is responsible for advanced technical support, leadership of tech support engineers, and development and delivery of tech training for internal teams, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide expert technical guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers via various communication channels including phone calls emails etc
.Responsibilities include:
• Leading worldwide technical support initiatives
• Developing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives
• Providing regular feedback on performance improvement opportunities in key areas such as first contact resolution rates average handle times customer satisfaction levels etc. • Collaborating effectively across departments to ensure seamless integration between solutions provided by our team business units operations staff vendors/suppliers third party integrators/consultants- Additionally reporting outcomes success measurements progress toward overall goals using readily available KPIs.
