The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive server, storage, and application support across diverse platforms and technologies, contributing directly to critical infrastructure projects and service operations. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 4+ years' experience in a similar Wintel engineering role. NFQ Level 8 Honours Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). Access to own vehicle and full, clean driving license. Commercial/business-class car insurance (proof required upon successful placement). Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Server environments across multiple sites. Support and deploy virtualized server environments (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix Hypervisor). Administer Microsoft OS deployments and maintain enterprise deployment technologies. Support Exchange 2019 and Lotus Domino email environments. Configure, integrate, and support Citrix, CCTV, and storage environments. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring RTO/RPO compliance. Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software and system integrations. Lead or participate in key infrastructure and modernization projects. Respond to and resolve service desk escalation tickets.
