【Job Responsibilities】
【Job Requirements】
1.组织制定和完善集团的会计政策、制度和流程,确保符合相关法律、法规和会计准则的要求。
2、监督会计政策的执行,及时分析、解决执行中出现的问题,确保会计信息的真实、合规。
3.与其他部门紧密合作,确保会计政策在公司内部的有效沟通和实施。
4、了解各BG、模块的会计核算流程,建立质量监控体系,对会计共享服务中心进行日常质量监控。
5、积累会计运营数据,制定会计运营指标,并创建数据可视化。
6.与中心内部团队协作,推动流程标准化、产品化、会计作业工具(如政策库、SOP、流程清单等)的组织化。
7. 担任项目管理者,推进中心内部流程改进、风险管理或用户体验提升等相关项目。8. 承担中心负责人交办的其他工作。
职位要求:
1. 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历,持有CPA(注册会计师)资格证书。
2. 具有财务共享服务中心或BPO运营经验,了解共享服务管理系统。
3、熟悉多元化企业的运作模式,具有丰富的会计经验。
4. 优秀的项目管理能力,能够协调团队间的资源以实现目标。
5. 具有较强的沟通能力和协作精神,具有跨部门协调解决问题的能力。
6. 学习能力强,能够有效地管理多项任务,具有较强的书面和口头总结能力。
7. 为人正直、乐观、积极,责任心强,能承受较大工作压力。
8. 具有良好的职业道德和诚信,具备维护公司机密和财务信息的能力。
