The Role:
* General office administration duties - full training provided
* Further education support and guidance provided
* Training provided in the sales support area of Protection, Pensions, Investments and related financial products with a strong focus on new business identification, and existing business retention.
* Liaise with life companies, Broker Consultants and Broker Services
* Bookkeeping duties
* Assist with processing and tracking of applications, policies, and client instructions.
* Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and files in line with compliance requirements.
* Provide support in the preparation of client review packs and meeting materials.
* Act as a first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional handling of queries.
* General office administration duties, including scheduling, record management, and office support tasks.
* Support compliance and regulatory processes, ensuring all requirements are adhered to.
* Training provided on all of the above.
* 32 hours per week
* Salary range €30,000 - €35,000 DOE
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working in the Financial Services industry - not essential
* Be highly professional and well presented at all times
* Have a strong ability to multitask
* Proficient IT skills in online databases, Microsoft word, office and outlook
* Excellent communication skills and are confident in any client-facing setting whether face to face, by phone or written correspondence
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Desire to progress in Financial Sector and willing to work towards APA Accreditation
