Overview
Sales Development Associate (Spanish-speaking) at Stripe. Drive Stripe’s future growth by qualifying leads and building Stripe’s sales pipeline in collaboration with Demand Gen and the Account Executive team. You will engage with prospects, qualify needs, and contribute to developing the demand generation and sales process.
What you’ll do
* Research and create outreach materials for high value prospects, in partnership with SDRs and AEs
* Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities. Move solid leads through the funnel connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings
* Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing
* Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing
* Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
* Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity
* Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
* Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging

In-office expectations: Office-assigned Stripes in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. Some locations have higher in-office requirements; the hiring manager will discuss specifics. This approach balances in-person collaboration with flexibility where possible.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €56,000 - €84,000. For sales roles, this range includes base salary plus targeted commissions/bonuses and may vary by location. Specific benefits and compensation details will vary by location and can be discussed during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
