Key Accounts Sales Negotiator
Location: Head Office, Ammanford
Are you commercially driven with great people skills? We’re looking for a proactive Key Accounts Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow and strengthen relationships with our key customers.
What You’ll Do:
* Work closely with Key Account Managers and the wider sales team to achieve targets.
* Provide excellent customer service — by phone, email, and face-to-face when required.
* Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotations using the Area Contracts Office (ACO) system.
* Maximise sales growth by promoting offers and optimising margins.
* Handle customer disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
* Manage leads, track opportunities, and process sales orders accurately.
* Complete administrative tasks such as filing, raising purchase orders, and collating data for reporting.
* Support with stock checks and other operational tasks when required.

* Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is desirable.

Hours of work: An average of 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm.
