HR Advisor - Office with Flex - Dublin, Sofia or Warsaw
ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR matters. Your role will foster a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide HR support to ICON's internal teams.
Resolve and answer HR-related queries within agreed timelines.
Provide guidance on all HR processes and policies, from onboarding to leaver processes.
Advise employees and managers on HR issues up to escalation to HR Managers.
Partner with HR Managers to ensure smooth escalation and follow-up of issues.
Educate ICON community on self-service options where possible.
Identify opportunities to improve and standardize services (globally where possible).
Assess and allocate variable work in the Service Centre.
Support individual development and continual service improvement.
You will need:
A degree in Human Resources.
3-4 years' experience in a similar HR administration/support role.
Experience with HR digital tools (Workday; ServiceNow preferred).
Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Dutch language skills are advantageous; German or Spanish are preferred.
Customer-focused with a sense of urgency; collaborative and proactive.
Additional notes: Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin, Ireland; Warsaw, Poland or Sofia, Bulgaria – 60% office-based and 40% remote.

What You Will Be Doing:
Review study metrics to understand project performance.
Prepare regular financial reports and analyses highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
Support discussions on financial risks, opportunities, and improvements to study delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project reporting, processes, and data quality.
Your Profile:
Newly qualified accountant or up to 2 years PQE.
