What is the role?
The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer will work as part of multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering on Aerogen’s core values of mindfully, responsively, and expertise. The role will support new product development, process improvement and development, packaging, and compliance initiatives in a fast‑paced Medical Device Environment.
What are the key responsibilities?

Support cross‑functional engineering projects from initial concept to commercial release delivering quality, service, and cost improvements.
Support a diverse range of projects including new product introduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Complete product, process, and material changes through design review process, change control, and documentation updates.
Support complex engineering issues with cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, R&D and quality) in a product development environment.
Identify process improvement opportunities to include improved quality, increased capacity/service, and product cost.
Deliver on individual and department performance metrics (training, Right First Time metrics).
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Project Engineer or Head of Function.

What education and experience are required?

Minimum of a primary degree (Level 8) in an engineering or technical discipline.
0–2 years engineering experience in the medical device / regulated industries.

Very strong communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving.
Flexibility to travel to vendor / supplier sites to support project activities.
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with little supervision or daily direction.
