We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead continuous improvement initiatives on released hardware products. This includes performing electrical, electronic, and mechanical design maintenance due to component obsolescence or value engineering proposals, including testing and validation.

Candidates for this role should have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Multinational experience of 3 years+ within Electronics or Mechanical discipline (preferably)
